El Museo de las Artes Decorativas se enorgullece de tener una coleccion incomparable de 150 000 obras en una superficie de exposicion permanente de 6 000 m2. Reune producciones ejemplares de las mas grandes manufacturas, de artistas, artesanos y creadores, que sean ebanistas, plateros, ceramistas, vidrieros o disenadores. Es el unico museo en el mundo en rendir homenaje a todos estos famosos nombres que hicieron la historia de los estilos y del gusto frances: Boulle, Sevres, Aubusson, Christofle, Lalique, Guimard… Todas las corrientes estan representadas, del gotico al estilo Luis XVI, del Directorio al “Art Nouveau”, del “Art Deco” al diseno..

The Museum of Decorative Arts boasts an incomparable collection of 150 000 books in a permanent exhibition area of 6 000 m2. Gather copies productions of the largest manufactures, artists, craftsmen and creators who are carpenters, silversmiths, potters, glassmakers and designers. It is the only museum in the world to pay tribute to all the famous names who made the history of styles and taste French Boulle, Sevres, Aubusson, Christofle, Lalique, Guimard ... All currents are represented, from Gothic to Louis XVI, Directory to Art Nouveau, the Art Deco design ..
